Started its EV division in 2015, KSL Cleantech Limited (formerly known as Kirti Solar Limited), is a diversified group specializing in manufacturing the highest quality battery operated rickshaws, popularly known as e rickshaw or electric rickshaw, designed and tested under the CMVR rules. All our products are ICAT approved and completely made in India. We have a strong team of technical & skilled work force with hands on experience in automobile industry. The company’s mission is to produce electronic vehicles by continuous research and development to offer latest technology for customer satisfaction. By opening our outlets for battery operated rickshaws in Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka we’re targeting customers pan India. Helping our clients with secure financial tie up have allowed us to successfully penetrate the markets. Currently selling over more than across +1500 e-vehicles every year.

In late 2019 KSL entered into a Joint Venture with Huaihai Holding Group. Huaihai is the largest manufacturer of electric mini vehicle, having more than 7 manufacturing establishments and exporting to more than 80 countries in the world. The Group is a leading enterprise and ranked amongst the top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises in China in the field of electric mini vehicles such as Electric rickshaw, Electric Auto, Electric scooter etc. The cumulative production and sales volume of small vehicles is 15 million with industrial bases in Xuzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing and abroad, in total 15 subsidiaries.

KSL Cleantech Limited is one of the pioneers of renewable energy, electric vehicles in India. It has executed more than 5000 solar installations across the country and has been renowned partner of MNRE. KSL has one of the largest sales/installation networks backed by an experienced team of design and integration experts. Also, recently the company has launched its own electric bicycle with the British bi-cycle brand GoZero Mobility in India.

Together, Huaihai – KSL prides its wide range of electric mini – vehicle products. The JV intends to set up an integrated manufacturing plant for electric rickshaws, electric scooter etc. In the future company also intends to explore the electric four wheelers for Indian market which Huaihai has recently developed. The company also wants to build vast dealership network through which it will provide company’s sales & marketing support in India.
